​A development umpire is classified as an umpire who has umpired for 2-3 years.

Advanced Umpire
An Advanced Umpire is classified as an umpire who has umpired for 4+ Years.

*Umpires who have served 10 years as an EPJFUA umpire or have umpired over 150 games will be eligible for Life Membership
